요약 및 결론
신경인성 방광 대상자들의 건강을 유지, 증진하기 위하여 제공되는 방광 관리방법과 관련
한 최근 연구동향을 살펴보고 아직 간호분야에서는 연구가 미비한 신경인성 방광 대상자에
대한 연구방향을 모색해 보고자 문헌 고찰을 하였다.
1. 신경인성 방광은 비억제성 신경인성 방광, 반사성 신경인성 방광, 자율성 신경인성 방광,
감각마비성 신경인성 방광, 운동마비성 신경인성 방광의 5종류로 분류한다.
2. 신경인성 방광의 사정은 주로 요류동태 검사를 통해 실시되고 있으며, 관리로는 항이뇨
제인 desmopressin 등의 투여와 방광확대수술, 페놀 신경차단술, 괄약근 절개술 등의 치료
방법이 사용되고 있으며, 가장 좋은 방법으로는 방광 훈련 프로그램의 간호중재 방법이다.
3. 신경인성 방광의 연구동향을 33편의 최근 연구논문을 중심으로 분석해본 결과, 약물이나
수술 등의 치료적관리, 방광관리 프로그램의 효과, 간헐적 도뇨의 효과, 감염관리 등에 대한
연구들이 이루어지고 있으며, 전반적으로 국내의학에서는 다양하게 연구가 이루어지고 있으
나 간호학에서는 연구가 거의 없다.
이와 같은 연구 실태를 볼 때, 신경인성 방광 대상자들의 삶의 질을 높이고 사회생활을 용
이하게하며 감염을 예방하기 위해서는 자립 방광으로 잔뇨를 줄일 수 있는 방광훈련 프로그
램을 더욱 발전시키는 것이 중요하므로 이와 관련된 간호학적 접근의 연구가 시급히 요구된
다. 또한 올바른 간헐적 도뇨를 통한 방광 관리의 효과를 연구하여 간헐적 도뇨로 야기되는
합병증은 물론 정신적 긴장과 불편감을 조절할 수 있는 안녕대책에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

The literature review about bladder management method given to maintain and improve
health of neurogenic bladder patients was done. Because the study of neurogenic bladder
patients in nursing field is not enough, I tried to find report the study tendency through
literature review.
1. There are five types of neurogenic bladder such as uninhibited neurogenic bladder,
reflex neurogenic bladder, autonomous neurogenic bladder, sensory paralytic neurogenic
bladder, and motor paralytic neurogenic bladder.
2. The accurate assessment of neurogenic bladder is done mainly through urodynamics
and especially cystometrogram and urethrogram are used.
3. As the study of therapeutic management, the effect of Desmopressin, bladder
auto-augmentation, incision of exrernal urethral sphincter muscle, subarachnoid block and
pudendal never block using phenol was studied.
4. For the study of general management, the effect of bladder training progam,
intermittent catheterization and Infection control has been studied but there has not been
any obvious study in nursing field.
Reviewed the study condition, it is necessary to develope bladder training program in
order to increase life quality of neurogenic bladder patients.
